Hank is the founder and CEO of CytoArrays, Inc. a Massachusetts-based biotech start-up company. He was a member of the founders group and small senior management team which developed and implemented the business strategy for NaviCyte, Inc., Reno, NV and served as Corporate Officer and member of the Board of Directors at NaviCyte, Inc. Hank has built external collaborations and strategic relationships with senior researchers and thought leaders worldwide in academia and pharmaceutical/biotechnology and life science companies and worked extensively in international markets developing and selling product lines and developing technical applications. Prior to founding his own company, Hank worked for 15 years in biomedical R&D and marketing for Millipore Corporation. He then spent 10 years with Costar/Corning, Inc. in R&D, technical marketing, and applications development. His primary focus of activity for the last 30 years has been in the field of mammalian cell biology and animal cell and tissue culture. With his recent startup, he has expanded his interest and expertise to include plant cell biology, botany, and agribusiness. The first commercial spin off from CytoArrays is Skyfield Tropical.
