Mr. Gallagher is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships for Dacon's design/build and construction services with an annual engineering and construction volume of over $85 million. He provides project management services to companies and institutions throughout New England from initial site search and planning through construction completion and client follow-up with a primary focus in the advanced technology, medical, and life science industries.
Before joining Dacon Corporation, Mr. Gallagher, who resides in Stratham, NH, was a Partner with Coldstream Real Estate Advisors in Portsmouth and Bedford, New Hampshire. He has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage, construction and appraisal/consulting industries. Clients have included Genzyme Corporation, Applied BioSystems, Inc., Charles River Laboratories, Wentworth-Douglas Hospital, Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Surface Logics Corporation, Inc., Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Bank of New Hampshire, Exeter Hospital/Core Health, Healthsource/Cigna, Inc., Sun Microsystems Corporation, HCA Columbia/Portsmouth Regional Hospital, and Armstrong Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
